If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods for a refund or exchange of the product for another one, be for exact or lesser value. In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

•    The goods were purchased in the last 15 calendar days
•    The goods are in the originally received condition and packaging
•    The supply of goods are unused 
•    The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or negotiated alternative. You will receive credit within a certain amount of days , depending on your payment issuer's policies. 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a signifcant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns

Our refund policy is 15 Days after purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
